Nancy Morgan with RENA
Built for wound care

Ways to use RENA in your practice

Between accurate staging, the right product choice, and documentation that has to hold up to survey and audit, wound care leaves little room for uncertainty. RENA gives you a fast, cited way to check your thinking.

Document with Confidence

Dictate your note, then check it against current guidelines for accuracy and compliance before it goes in the chart.

Get Cited Answers

Ask a wound-specific question and get a fast, cited answer, so you can check the evidence behind it before you act.

Confirm Staging and Next Steps

Check your staging or your next step against current guidelines, so your plan of care rests on solid ground.

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

What is RENA?

RENA stands for Real-Time Evidence-Based Navigation Agent. It is a wound care chat tool that gives cited answers to support licensed clinicians.

Where do answers come from?

Real evidence from trusted sources. RENA is informed by:

  • Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)
  • American Academy of Dermatology (AAD)
  • American Diabetes Association (ADA)
  • Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC)
  • Academy of Prescribers in Wound Healing (APWH)
  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
  • European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP)
  • Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA)
  • National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPIAP)
  • Pan Pacific Pressure Injury Alliance (PPPIA)
  • Wound Healing Society (WHS)
  • Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN)
Can I send photos and voice?

Yes, both. RENA works on the web, on a tablet, or on your phone.

Does RENA make clinical decisions?

No. RENA surfaces evidence and drafts language. You review, verify, and make every clinical decision.

How private are my chats?

Chats are private to your account and are not used to train public models.

What are the pricing and trial terms?

RENA is $19.99 per month and RENA Pro is $149.99 per month. Both include a 21-day free trial. A card is required on file, and you are billed only after your trial ends. Cancel anytime.

How many audits does RENA Pro include, and what if I need more?

RENA Pro includes 200 audits per month for each user login. One audit is one note submitted and run through the audit tool.

  • A counter always shows how many audits you have used, and you get a heads-up at 180.
  • The count resets on your billing date.
  • At 200, audits pause. There is no automatic overage billing.
  • To keep going right away, add audits in packs of 50 for $50 ($1 per audit). You can buy as many packs as you need, and purchased audits do not expire at the monthly reset.

The limit applies to each login, so we recommend a separate RENA Pro account for each provider.
