LAS VEGAS-Jan. 12, 2026-PRLog--Health Force One® is a national clinical workforce developed by Nancy Morgan, RN, BSN, CWHS, to support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs across the United States.
As states deploy billions in federal funding toward telehealth and remote monitoring initiatives, many programs face a critical failure point: the absence of a trained, credentialed clinical workforce to operationalize, govern, and sustain care delivery. Health Force One was created to address that gap.
Health Force One represents a workforce-first model built on U.S.-based, licensed healthcare professionals, ranging from EMS and specialty nurses to a governing layer of prescribers nationwide. The brand is designed to integrate with existing RPM platforms or operate independently, providing workforce capacity, governance, and accountability without being tied to a single technology vendor.
Clinical governance and prescriber integrity are central to the model. Dr. John Beighle, serving as Medical Director, oversees prescriber alignment, provider performance, clinical testing standards, and documentation integrity to ensure programs meet regulatory, payer, and audit requirements.
A key operational pillar of Health Force One is the integration of EMS professionals into defined remote care pathways. EMS are trained and credentialed to support in-home assessments, monitoring support, and escalation activities, extending care access while remaining firmly within scope and compliance guardrails. Operational leadership is supported by Captain Tama Leao,Senior Director of EMS & Field Operations, who oversees workforce deployment, field integration, and execution across diverse care environments.
Health Force One is an Indigenous woman–built national brand, shaped by Morgan's decades-long track record of building, scaling, and governing nationally recognized wound care education, certification, and clinical workforce initiatives. Her earlier work established industry benchmarks for clinical training, credential integrity, and real-world performance, forming the foundation for a workforce model designed to operate at scale and withstand regulatory scrutiny.
Education and credentialing governance are supported through collaboration with the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing, which serves as the governing education body aligned with Health Force One's clinical standards.
"Remote monitoring succeeds when leadership, accountability, and proven execution are built in from the start," said Morgan. "Health Force One reflects decades of lessons learned doing this work at scale and doing it right."
Health Force One is currently engaging with states, health systems, payers, and RPM partners seeking a governed, credentialed workforce ready to support 2026 deployments.
